New Patients

Q. Are you accepting new patients at your Indianapolis office?

A. Of course! We are always accepting new patients. Whether you are seeking a new dentist for comprehensive full-mouth restoration, a smile makeover, a same-day crown, a root canal, or just finding out the source of your pain, we are happy to help. We also offer professional dental hygiene cleanings, gingivitis treatment, and periodontal treatment by our amazing dental hygienists.

Q. How do I schedule my new patient appointment?

A. Please call the office at 317-602-8924 to schedule an appointment or schedule with our online scheduling tool . Be sure to tell us if you are seeking emergency treatment for pain, swelling, bleeding, an accident, or other unusual circumstances. We can usually see you within 24 hours!

Q. Once I schedule an appointment what are my next steps?

A. Once we find an appointment time that fits your schedule (or you schedule yourself online) you will begin to receive text and email reminders notifications. These notifications ask you to confirm the appointment but also links to our new patient paperwork. Please complete these forms at any time before your appointment but save the COVID-19 screening form within 24 hours of your appointment. If the forms are not completed before your appointment we may need to be forced to reschedule the appointment, as there won't be enough time to complete both the forms and the appointment.

Mission statement: we are a highly engaged, collaborative team that has the privilege of creating unparalleled patient experiences for our Indianapolis community.

To fulfill this mission, we are committed to:

  • Listening to those we are privileged to serve as your dentist in Indianapolis.
  • Earn the trust and respect of patients, profession, and community of Fall Creek Place and beyond.

Patient forms

Once you schedule an appointment you will receive links to the electronic forms via text and email notifications. We ask that patients complete their new patient paperwork before their appointment. Paper forms are still available for those who request it.
